the guilty party files the suit, Dihonest Buyer open the case , 5184582041 SR# 1-186951827073 .

Ebay Support are Money Blindly refund to Scammer Fraud Buyer, I making double lost, as well the item that he promise to send back to me also a lied. Total USD61.

Fraud Scammer Previous Act,
1. Claimed he wanna to fast getting his item for his wife. But it was lied at the 1st placed, after the item on the way , he change his mind and said too long to arrive and want to cancel for refund because his customer don't want it anymore, as another 2nd lied.

Postage are depends by season, sometime will be longer if clash with promotion postage season such as Nov 11 , All postage are full will stuck in hub, but Buyer acute to force Seller fast deliver as excuse . When the time before posting, I suggest Buyer using EMS deliver was around USD42.88, he change his mind call me use the normal one to post.

2. 3rd lied, after item received, he forcing Seller to refund because his customer don't want it anymore. Forcing Seller to refund.

3. 4th lied, after he can't make any debate, he simply open another case pointing my item are different on photo, forcing seller to refund and try to grab my item and my money double money loss.

4. 5th lied, Promised to deliver back my item for sending me invoice payment for let me to pay the return shipping fee, but until now haven't any reply.

5. I could say Ebay didn't have enough strong support on "Ebay Guarantee Seller Protection" . and I will quit any Ebay sales as well, by avoid another target scammer treat on me ,double money loss as well my item.
