Customer is attempting fraud and is ridiculously rude to customer service.

Customer first inquired sending a very rude email asking where her package was. She paid for economy shipping and it was sent the following business day from California to Florida. We told her the item is in transit to be delivered and that she paid for economy shipping.

She then emailed us a month later saying she needs a replacement since her item never arrived. We emailed her back letting her know we needed to know this prior as it's almost a month later. We told her we could attempt to file a claim and see what happens. She also tells us she moved and doesn't live at that address anymore which basically tells us the item was delivered and:

A) She has it.
B) She put in the incorrect address. Her order was placed from OR but she put a FL address.

She emailed back saying we sent her a very rude email, cussed at us and was just extremely rude for us asking her to confirm her "previous" delivery address and that this was needed to know previously and not a month later.

She did not confirm her delivery address and said she emailed us about this previously, but she did not and emailed us about where her package was because it was "taking too long".

I do not suggest accepting orders from this women, she is entitled and rude and not worth customer service time.
