Customer ordered an item and received the item very fast in mint condition. They did a chargeback/dispute after a month stating the product was unacceptable. The product was NOT unacceptable. They did not contact us nor respond to us. We had to file a police report against them for FRAUD. Yolanda Proaño in Chicago IL is committing fraud and is a thief. Alexandra Cantu in Houston TX is a FRAUD and a crook and is committing blatant fraud. DO NOT SELL TO EITHER OF THEM.

Their credit card company sided with them and we lost our money and did not get anything back. DO. NOT. SELL. TO. THEM. Cancel ALL orders from either of them.
