Customer ordered an Professionally graded AFA figure from us on 26 July 2019. Order was securely packed and shipped next day. The same day it was received to the customer, they filed a return request stating Wrong Item Sent. We contacted the customer via Amazon messaging on 31 July. 1 August and 2 August for information as to their return. Our messages were met with silence, customer would not reply as to why they were requesting a return. On 7 August, customer contacted support as to the status of their return as it has not yet arrived. We contacted USPS support and was informed that the label was not affixed to the package in a manner that the street address could be read correctly. Therefore, it was being returned back to the sender. In addition, I inquired about the shipping weight of the return package from the customer. USPS support informed me that this return package from the customer was a 1st class package weighing 6.9 ounces. This was concerning to me seeing the original order shipped by us via USPS 1st Class weighed 8.8 ounces. The lighter weight would be the weight of the AFA graded figure and therefor, with the customer being silent during the return process. Customer returned to us a vintage Star Wars trading card, which we include with every order. They told Amazon support that this is all they received. Even though the facts were purely on our side, shipping weight etc, Amazon refunded the buyer fully from our funds. This buyer is an "Did not receive" Amazon scammer.
