That scammers can use to have the item shipped to a US address then once there it gets shipped out to some other foreign company. Usually paid for with a stolen credit card. Just look at the IP address if you the ability to look it up. Had some jap trying to buy some $500 worth of equipment from us, and we became suspicous. Since we are liable, we say any transaction over $xxx gets researched. It was just that, a company like you said. Their money was immediate refunded and their IP was blocked. Got rid of it didnt want the headache.

We actually have many customers overseas (with a lot being in the UAE) that use forwarding companies to save on shipping (buy many items in the states and lump them into one shipment to the UAE). We have had a few customers use this address and have not had any issues. We ship with UPS and have insurance on the shipments, so there is proof it has been delivered. Just because you had one bad experience, doesn't mean you should bash a whole geographic area.

is for shipping company that ship to many countries including Saudi. And thousands of people use it since many products in amazon and ebay can be shipped only inside US.

Anything to these "freight forwarder" addresses must be shipped with direct signature required. email and let them know the package is coming that way. They will usually cancel their order after being made aware of that.

I've received orders from this same person as well. First the country originated overseas. Different bill to/ship to (different names, the other name is Raed Alsneiber). Then I received an email asking me to ship to the OH address. I cancelled the order due to the fact the order was placed in another country. Then they placed another order, which I cancelled. Asking them not to place orders with us. I just received ANOTHER Order this morning and googled the address they used, found this site. So I cancelled it, again (3rd time now).

The person that is recently using this freight forwarder and large stolen lists of credit cards to purchase things using PayPal is Ahmad Abo Osama a Palestinian living in Gaza. He has a lot of emails, but only use palmasterps@gmail.com for shipping information. He uses stolen credit cards he has obtained through a website called www.arhacks.net to make purchases through PayPal. The real credit card holder disputes the charge successfully (regardless of proof of delivery, cards were stolen), he got $3k in merchandise from the freight forwarder who sent it on to him in Gaza. Recently, he has used over 30 stolen MasterCards to try to buy $20k more from us. We’re not shipping, and we have opened cases locally against him, but a Palestinian national living in Gaza, I don't expect anything. Just want to make people aware this freight forwarder will unknowingly ship merchandise paid for with stolen credit cards. Do not ship to this address unless you personally know the buyer.

This scammer has been using different EMAIL ACCOUNTS, NAMES and SUITE NUMBERS which can be fake and taking the advantage from a lack of internet business. Look at all those information reported, same address with different names and addresses.

Freight forwarders are legitimate businesses used to allow ppl residing outside the states (Americans or not) to consolidate multiple shipments into one to save on shipping. Those companies have no way to confirm if received good were bought for with valid credit cards, yet from your end always check the buyer feedback. I have bought and forwarded anything you can imagine (car parts, antiques, toys, video games, clothes, computer parts...) and spent $100Ks with zero issues.

If anyone from any nationality frauds you don't label their whole region so, it's your fault you didn't check their buyer feedback (on ebay) and that you didn't use many of the seller protection tools.
