Why would you contact the buyer to confirm an address, that was stupid! If the payment came from PayPal, you ship to the confirmed address, not what the buyer tells you to ship it to! You made the problem and you got caught! You ship only to the CONFIRMED address PayPal gives you, any other address refund the payment!

In those cases, Paypal also showed the address was confirmed with the seller's account. So I think confirmed address in Paypal wasn't really confirmed.

Who takes care of this? BBB? Somebody should be taking legal action with these many reported fraud cases. They should be freely doing this!

Tried to get us to refund item before return shipment started. Our listings say that any warranty is void if item shipped outside US (because of high likelyhood of scam/difficulty in returning said items).

Hey guys! I am one of those customers with that address. Someone mentioned that it an warehouse address of a company who ships goods to people outside US. That's true. But we are not scammers! I agree that there were some assholes with stolen cards and etc., but I personally and lots of my friends bought a lots of stuff as regular buyer. I almost got scammed this week by someone at this address too. I won't bore you with details, but my case is similar to those posted here. Don't focus on individual suspect eBayers. Scam users continuously open new accounts. It's the address you should be on the look out for. Here's what I think is happening: the final destination city and zip shown in the tracking info is a regional USPS facility that services a wide area, including the city and zip on my original shipping label. I think the buyer has my item, but he knows the "delivered to" address in the tracking info is different than the city and zip on the shipping label. My advice is to NEVER SHIP ANYTHING TO 950 RIDGE RD, CLAYMONT, DE. If a buyer using this address wins your auction, do yourself a favor; don't ship, cancel the transaction, refund the money, relist the item, and sell to someone legitimate.

Hey everyone, I am selling goods via eBay and often meet customers from abroad with mail-forwarder addresses like 950 Ridge Rd Ste D20 Ste Claymont, DE 19703-3546 United States.
Here are some facts that need to be noted:
- "D20" is the identifier(the exact address of the company) and they can be different like C25 etc.
- "39799/C4052/40993​/T9825" etc. - this is the identifier of the user who wants to use the service
If you will pay attention to these 2 points you will be insured.
For example, my last customer was from "950 Ridge RD C25, Claymont DE 19703, United States" and it was ok.
So my advice is to be attentive and not spread rumors about the whole industry of mail-forwarders, because they are the future of e-commerce evolution at least for the next 15 years.
