Customer ordered through various online outlets the same product with a different last name multiple times, different billing addresses from various states (assumedly fraudlent cards) and trying to bypass detection by using the same last name as the billing party. 5+ attempts over a period of 3 months to the same address. Customer uses proxies that are geographically located near the billing address.
