Buyer claims to have received a very expensive item damaged refused to send pictures and even went as far as to threaten us with a PayPal dispute. We replaced the item with a call tag to have the alleged broken item sent back but we have not received the item. We have sent numerous emails and have not heard anything from the buyer.
