| Details: | The buyer scams sellers, opens paypal dispute without contacting the seller and claims that the item is damaged with no proof, paypal will ask him to send him an item back and to get a return upon item is received by the seller. The buyer will send an empty envelope using fake name and fake address and will call paypal claiming that the item is delivered. The seller will not know what's going on, the paypal case will be closed in buyers favor and all the proof from USPS will not make any difference since the return is already made. The buyer is a famous scammer and following this practice all the time, be ware. |

WOW, in fact I just receive the same claim from that Alex today May 10th asking to refund his Ebay purchase based on the category "item was not as described". Details of the claim were added that the items I shipped were damaged while transition.
I have submitted a full explanation about the item in question providing the info such item cannot be damaged during shipping because it is a resin. You can throw it onto the concrete wall and nothing will happened. So such reason for the refund sounds completely groundless. I'm going to see what will happen with such claim and report here.

Hi, I recommend you to report him to ebay, all sellers have the same problem with him, he is a scammer, we are trying to stop him. The more people will report, the more chance there will be that they will take an action. In my case unfortunately paypal didn’t help even though I provided all the evidence from USPS after the case was closed. Without providing any evidence (photo), the buyer claimed that the goods were damaged. And opened the case, knowing that he will receive a full refund.
In the correspondence with me the buyer said that he needs to replace the goods. I sent him a replacement. And now I lost money. The buyer does not come into contact! I wrote him twice. Although before that, he kept in touch. Deceived me by $ 200!

Hah, today I got a PayPal decision against me and in favor of that fraudulent guy. I don't understand about the reason PayPal is always makes a decision in favor of buyers even without providing any tangible proof such as pictures of the damaged items. Why ??????????
