First off you were the moron that decided to ship products internationally and accept a credit card for payment. what the fuck you were thinking. You opened a merchant account, knew what the contract stated, and you are the one that is held out of the liability. if your out the money and product, thats your own fucking stupidity for shipping that much of products to an international location. You claim to be a struggling business, but took a single transaction knowing full well what the risks were. Your credit card company is not going to chance someone in another country and its your word vs the spicks.

what makes you even a bigger bunch of idiots, was the fact you knew you had a $5000 order, you claim to be a struggling business because of covid and never once bothered to do any research. the number is a forwarding company so right there is a red flag. you took an international credit card which you cannot confirm the address but still shipped the item out. it would of taken you two seconds to google the address and know the address is used by scammers.
even before you opened a credit card account or took any type of payment, you should of educated yourself against every type of scam and know how to defend yourself from them. but you let your stupidity and your greed get ahead of you. Make policies stuck to them and make no exceptions. this case is all your fault, and no one should be liable for your own ignorance.
