| Details: | Buyer purchased an item from me. He then sent me an email an hour later saying that he’d rather have another item at a 50% discount. We said we’d work with him to purchase that other item, but we were firm on price. He then asked for the other item at a 40% discount and threatened to cancel the first order. We said no and he insisted then that we cancel the first item. Having read the recent rule changes in August, we were under the impression that we could not cancel it at that point - that it would be counted as a “seller cancelled transaction” we informed the buyer of this and asked him to call us so that we could set something up to perhaps save him the return shipping. He began sending us many many emotional messages in which he ignored our request for a phone call or our offer to work on saving him money. He waited until he received the item and then opened an “item not as described case” and left us negative feedback, again sending us many emotional emails about our bad customer service. When we called ebay to ask what our next steps should be we were told to refund all his money (including shipping), send it back and live with the negative feedback. That we could call to ask for the defect to possibly be removed but that was it. |

richard dean renwick, who is permanently suspended on ebay from his dropbacknpunt ebay id for horrible offenses toward ebay buyers and sellers, is now selling and buying illegally on ebay under yet another fake ebay account called junior6581
there is no doubt that hes secretly using yet another fraudulent id. he moved from st paul minnesota to decatur illinois, because thats what his new ebay listings claim his location now is.
do a quick google search for much more about him and his reputation. youd be surprised what a little digging will reveal, like lawsuits, harassment, and much more. this is just the beginning. on facebook, he goes by the name "dean renwick" and also with a secret facebook account he goes by the alias "chris wildasin"
lets all reporrt him to ebay for buying and selling with a secret acct so he doesnt scam even more people.

Wow - this guy is amazing. He's SO psycho that he doesn't even remember his episodes. And that's the answer. He is so crazy he really does apparently believe that he doesn't do the behaviors he does. Some of us have never forgotten, junior6518 on ebay, aka "Chris Wildasin" on Facebook, or any of your other alternate identities. Hahaha. Wait and wonder.

So wow - I love it when crazy people actually prove they're crazy with their own posts. First, he's following the exact pattern he follows in real life - first email or two is normal, later emails get CRAZY. And his crazy emails (ebay messages) are in all caps - just like how his "friend" just wrote one above in call caps - the one in which he starts calling people names and threatening people - wow - that post sounds JUST like his crazy behavior on ebay - surprising eh? No - not at all. AND one of the posts up above from people who were burned by him questioned whether he is even aware of his craziness, or if he's just lying. His last few posts prove that it's one of those - VERY CLEARLY the posts earlier in this thread are from different people - but Dean Renwick seems to imagine it's one person complaining about him. As if one of his personalities can't even remember that he screwed scores of different people on ebay. Truly. Psycho. Watch out for junior6581
