I just noticed this. What is this false report all about?
There has to be more about the incident than is noted above. Whomever made the complaint, please contact me using Ebay means.

I just checked your account. Out of 23 feedbacks, 4 were negatives, and one positive was a complaint. That's about 20% of your transactions that were a problem of some kind. 1 in 5. If one out of every five transactions you make have a problem, it's not the sellers, it's you.
