Shipped a set of tiles to Amir, all tiles were triple boxed. Somehow he breaks one giving the excuse it was just stuffed in the edge not wrapped or boxed at all. I`ve been doing this over 20 years and I know what I am doing btw. Then he waits 1 month and 29 days to start the return after stating he will keep them more than once. Nothing I could do as I did not take pictures of the shipping process. An important lesson maybe this will help someone in the future.
