Never got package, tracking system doesn’t work, and their customer support keeps sending the same response as if it wasn’t a real person.. very much convinced it is a scam

Horrible company. Sent defective item and not all items shipped. This is after 3 months from order date. Will not refund or send missed item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
