he is a cheater.
he purchased an item from my shop, after receiving the object, he said the item is not good, so I asked him to return the item, then i refund his payment.but he refused to return item,only asked me to refund his payment,and he asked me to send a new item to him in 10 days.otherwise he will leave negative to me.
my god,it is not possible in 10 days to send a custom item!
so i refused his request.
then he left a bad feedback for me,for my store,i refund his payment,but he still asked a new item.and refused to revise his feedback. so a bad man!!!
