It wouldn't be so bad if they said they just wanted to return the item because they didn't like it, but they also took the extra step in saying that the item was crap. When I received the items back, it didn't even look like they looked through them because the ad inserts were still inside. Rude buyer and a complete waste of my time and money via shipping costs.
