Buyer is fraudulent. BEWARE! As soon as buyer received our product, she immediately put in false claims for an 'item not as described' case against us. Based on her comment, it almost sounds like a juvenile wrote the explanation. However, we disputed and won the case. Buyer has been reported, and blocked from future listings. Any other sellers, that face similar situations, I encourage you to please report this buyer either by phone or the 'report a buyer' link attached to your listings. It wouldn't surprise me if the buyer was underage bidder which is against eBay rules. However, it might be a competitor and/or person might have multiple accounts on file. Or just a really ignorant buyer. Caution to other sellers and good luck!
