Purchases used broken Sony Betamax VCR for parts. Stated it got broken in shipping. Pictures did not support damage to box in area of machine damage. Requested partial refund. Submitted pictures that did not match sold machine. Declined through ebay, filed with PayPal through his credit card but refused to return for refund of FULL AMOUNT. After 10 weeks of back and forth claim closed for him not returning it.
