Well now you know you never do business with that bank. If you shipped internationally, then you are well aware that that could happen more times than in your own country. You are well aware that tracking is hard, and anyone who buys your things internationally are crooks or out to scam you. How are you going to proscrute them? think of about shipping domestic only, save your headaches. Or unless you can find a payment source that cant scam you.
