Details: | Purchased a used Nintendo 64 game and made the accusation that the game was fake because the back half of the cartridge was a slightly different shade of grey from the front half, a common issue in games due to age and light exposure. After I assured him that this was an authentic item he submitted a "not as described" return request despite the fact that the actual photo clearly showed the item, a fact that was also corroborated by two different CSRs that I talked to. I think it brings question to Peter Colman's moral character that he knows he made a mistake in purchasing, but wastes the seller's time and money dealing with the costs of a "not as described" return. He lied and took advantage of eBay and the seller. |
