He (CHARLES SPANN, 21xx COURTLAND AVE CHARLESTON, SC 29403 US, m01pxf58k2xh68f@marketplace.amazon.com) did the same to us too. Tracking number said item was delivered on 5/12/2016, but he filed Amazon A-Z claim 5 weeks later saying he did not received it.
