Details: | Buyer misused ebay's MBG to claim an item packaging was damaged, after signing for and accepting the delivery. The box had an ever so slight minimal crinkle in one corner which could be considered normal wear for traveling thousands of miles. Nothing was actually wrong with the packaging or the contents, as no box will travel that far and arrive in pristine condition. The box was NOT damaged to the extent for the product to compromised in any way. This was an obvious case of buyer's remorse, and not a defective item, as claimed. Buyer also had problems following simple instructions for return, and actually wanted a refund before the item was even picked up to be returned to us. That is not how this works at all. Most stores do not refund several hundred dollars without actually receiving the item back. |
