First off this is not even my email, and colognes that I purchased were fake, or fermented which were told to this seller, and always filed a claimed with eBay for everything. Another thing is when a fragrance is sent leaking, or whatever you can’t return it. It’s considered hazardous. Read the guide lines, and rules of the post office, before you bash someone on here.

This guy had SEVERAL of these false claims against eBay sellers running at the same time. To me, he said that the bottle of splash cologne he received could not be returned because there was still some liquid in the bottle, and the post office wouldn't accept it. This was not a spray. I told him to empty it, wash it out with water, leave it in the sun. ANYTHING to make it empty. Hilariously, he said that the bottle could never be fully empty. He also said that his local post office CHARGES for the free flat-rate boxes that I offered to pay return shipping for. Everybody knows these boxes are free. EBay removed his account and refunded the sellers when it was brought to their attention that he had the same scam against multiple eBay cologne & perfume sellers at the same time. It seems to me if you had bought 4 broken or counterfeit colognes in the same month, maybe you should stop trying? LOL But he simply wanted the money back, and to keep the product. Lied to eBay.

I never received one splash cologne they were all sprays, so you need to stop making yourself look stupid. My account is not deleted, and it’s active today. Who is this? I will be glad to message you on eBay, because obviously this is a hater. I was never told anything you are saying so stop the bs. You have my number wrong, and that is not even my email at all, so stop causing so much drama. I have all positive feedbacks on my account, not one negative from anyone.

I remember telling eBay that some colognes smelled fermented, when over years they tend to smell old, and right away they told me they are going to investigate the seller then refunded me, so I tossed it out. Now I know who this is, and I will be putting you on blast here with your eBay info as a bad seller, because you had negative feedbacks from buyers. This scammer thinks I'm going to continue this conversation, but he's mistaken. I had all of the RIDICULOUS conversation I'm going to have. His scams got him REMOVED. He refused to return the bottle or even show me a photo of it to prove it was "broken". I wish I could remember the excuse he gave me why couldn't send me a photo. His wife who works at the Post Office had broken his camera? I REFUSED to play his game of refunding and allowing him to keep the product. His account IS gone from eBay, and if the email address is incorrect, it's because he gave eBay the incorrect address. I can't imagine why he wants to argue this point because his account is gone anyway. You'd think he'd want to sit in that sweet single-wide aluminum clad roach motel he lives in in gorgeous Monticello NY, but who knows?

Nope don’t have one. You need to get your facts straight. That’s not even my email, and why would someone make a fake email. My account has been open for years, and never shut down. Your sitting here crying over a little cologne that was fermented. Your just butt hurt because you tried to collect money for something that you knew you were going to make a quick buck on, and I got my money back. Not once did you send me a return shipping label, and I wasn’t going to pay for it to be sent back. Not my problem.

This sounds like complete horse shit. The buyer is just using the item as he stalls for the return. Its just eBay bullshit that they allow assholes like this buyer to pull his moronic bullshit . you have more than enough evidence to prove fraud.

I was really disappointed in eBay when they originally decided in his favor. I had submitted all of his lies and bullshit stories about why he couldn't return the bottle. I showed them how he was doing the same scam to many other perfume sellers. Finally somebody at eBay realized he was a total scammer and kicked him out and gave me back my money. If you see the run down trailer park where he lives (just awful), you almost feel sorry for him. But then I see that there is a "flea market" not far from him, and I figure he was taking these perfumes he was scamming from sellers, and selling them for 100% profit at the flea market. He doesn't seem smart enough to come up with that idea on his own, but maybe his fat Monticello mommy is running the family scamming business.
