This scammer definitely made a false claim that the items damaged without any communication or photo evidence and just purposely ask for refund. I just do not want to waste my time to deal this kind of scammer on eBay since I have met a lot before. Thats why I choose to made full refund to him without return the items(I know he may return the empty box). I notice from his feedback that there are also many unusual refunds from other sellers.
