I negotiated many times with this customer I didn't have any issues. I receive a negative feedback at first time but when he received the package I received the payment again via paypal.

You could be issued legally for post his address and name here in internet without proof, without show who you are. Did you know?

This site is a shit, deserve a lawsuit to seller

This bad buyer : lavosbr always left neagtive feedback and ask seller refund money to revise the feedback when the parcel already deliveryed(it can be tracked)

Always do that,not only once.

Now the ebay ID : lavosbr is Not a registered user.

That is the truth. Sellers not be cheated again!

The buyer have the right to left negative if not receive the item, if asked to refund and you accept, in my opinion was your fault.

If you didn't agree you could ask to ebay to revise the feedback, and more... paypal have dispute too and always decide in seller favor if you have proof the item was delivered. The paypal have their policy if buyer have many refunds without internal paypal process he can you entire account deleted forever.

You didn't need to post his name or address cause now YOU commited a illegal issue and have this webpage and he can open a lawsuit against you for internet defamation, it's a serious problem that's why all ebay feedbacks don't be showed in google. I'm attorney so I work with cases like this here in USA and in my country Spain.

My tip: Enter in contact with buyer to avoid any problems (cause if you have his name and address he have yours too) the better manner to manage this issue is show that you really send the item and ask for a refund (full or partially) if you take down this webpage.

EBAY had revised the unfair feedback for this case.
And i won the case in PAYPAL. The buyer had been not registered user. The address of this buyer is a company address,it can be checked on Google,everyone can get his name or address on Google or his website---brasil360.net Now,i need not lawyer's help,maybe the cheater need lawyer's help.
