Why would you give someone a refund on something when you dont have the product in your possession. You scammed yourself because you panic and was afraid of what PayPal or Ebay would do. He scammed you over your own fears. Regardless of what a buyer says, unless you knew this printer was defective, buyers lie left and right for the sole purpose of stealing merchandise form sellers. Ebay and PayPal are so buyer sided that you have to defend your self against these assholes.
