Buyer opened a not received item, tracking shows "in Transit arriving late" shipped the item on October 19th, October 31st "package research created" I issued a full refund $652, I opened the usps insurance claim to recover some of the losses, on November 17th I received a letter from the postal service denying my claim because the package was delivered on November 5th, buyer of course never contacted me, buyer kept the item and kept the money.
