You idiot :) this is a commercial post address and UXXXXX is an ID inside this post of customer (mailbox address), they deliver items around the world, how you decided that somewhere in U.S may risk to steal from you something, some people buying products from foreign countries and that's all. millions of users are using this address and yes, maybe some of them are scammers, but to post somewhere that this company is scammer, they'll sue you :)

Freight handlers aren't legit. While technically, the seller is only obligated to have the package delivered to the freight handler, the reality is, the seller is held responsible for sketchy ass Eastern European postal systems in nations they never agreed to ship to. I cancel all orders shipping to freight forwarders - there's a reason Global Shipping Program doesn't serve your country, you're a sketchy shithole nation.

Also, I doubt very much they're going to sue anyone. Truth is an absolute defense, and during discovery, the defendant can subpoena their records to show that they enable scamming. The revelations about customs evasion alone would be enough to get the place shut down. So, unless they want the entire US State Department crawling up their ass, they'll keep their little lawsuit plan to themselves.
