Customer purchased item as a Christmas gift. Item received on time. After Christmas, told us she didn't need the item for its intended use and wanted to return the unused item. We created a return ticket for her to return the items in their unused condition. She then opened a defective item ticket with Amazon claiming our item was so rancid, it almost made her son vomit. Rather than go through the normal return process, she'd rather damage our analytics to get a refund and then keep an item she considers "rancid." She has definitely been blacklisted by us.
