Customer claims order was not delivered and filed an Amazon chargeback dispute / A-to-z Claim. USPS tracking indicated her package was available for pickup at her local post office, which she refused to pick up and sign for. Amazon closed the dispute in favor of the customer and funds were deducted from our account. Once the customer was refunded she pick up the package. Our signature confirmation docs will be used for this customers Amazon chargeback dispute / A-to-z Claim against her and we will be reporting this customer to Amazon and chargeback abuse databases.
