That part of the delivery is our responsibility. Whatever happens prior to the package getting there is entirely your problem not no one elses. The case stays open for a long time before it gets closed for non receipt, if PayPal knows the item is in transit, they know that you've shipped the item. So there had to be a long time before the dispute was opened vs. when it was closed. You also more than likely chose a crappy shipping method that would take weeks to get there. So once again thats your responsibility not no one elses.

What you didn't mention is the fact that you sent the package at a later date, not as mentioned on Ebay, then because the item didn't arrive I have made a complain to Ebay which refunded my money, shortly after I have made another order from another supplier for the same item, 2 days later the package arrived and was open by a family not knowing the saga, then when I have contacted Ebay the case was closed, I could not make the payment.
It is your responsibility to sent the package in time as you mentioned on Ebay, and the stamp on the package with the date when was sent out is a proof that I am right. Also please mention that the payment was made later, by placing a new order agreeing on no item to be sent out.
