Customer purchased my item on July 5, 2019. After 5 days, the customer opened a case with ebay about an item not received. I informed the customer that as stated in the listing, economy shipping can take up to 14 business days. The customer said he wants his money back. I told him if his item has not arrived by the 14th day, I would be happy to refund. Customer got extremely hostile. The after another day, customer has his dispute escalated with ebay. Ebay gave the customer his money back. The very next day, the customer purchased again. Then the next day asked to cancel and left me another negative feedback. Then purchased again. Then left another negative feedback. I quickly reported the buyer and had those negatives removed.
