Immediately upon receiving the coin, the buyer filed a dispute with PayPal for "Merchandise or service not as described". The buyer was instructed to return the coin for a full refund. The returned package contains a circulated clad 1997 US Quarter (value 25 cents). Buyer's eBay account has since been shut-down by eBay for the same scams on other eBay sellers. Buyer is known for opening new eBay accounts for this type of scams. |
