Customer purchased a custom burn disk of Open Office and then told me to just email him the link. I told the customer it is free on the manufactures website to just download. A couple hours later he come back and tells me its not working properly and I need to send him a keychain. I had already refunded the customer so what is he talking about? A short time later he comes back and says if I don't give him the keychain, he is going to report me for fraud. Really? I informed the customer that he was already refunded and I owe him nothing. So he again says again he will notify ebay.
