Preston M. Flanders (aka: Mike Flanders) purchased a Brand New In Box Star Wars Edition PS4 console game bundle from me on Ebay. He signed for and received the package. A couple of days later he files a claim with ebay saying it was defective. I reached out to him to see if we could resolve the situation. The Console was under warranty, but he refused and hung up on me. A few days later I get a box with a completely different serial# PS4 console and none of the packaging, games or extras. He used me to switch out his broken piece of junk and also kept all the exclusive Star Wars items that came with it.
