Message from seller [klubmobil sent you a message about your request: "This office 2016 Pro is not subscription. I guarantee and you can see there is no expire but if you still prefer return please let me know"]. Buyer beware. I'm an ebay-er from 2003 with 100% buyer positive feedback. And by the way purchase date is May 2015 and reported Sep 25, 2016 doesn't pass smell test.
