| Details: | I bought shoes for $23.50. Shipping method stated parcel post. He shipped the item 3 days after. I have a PO BOX, and when I went to get the package there was postage due of $13.40. I emailed the seller, he answered the day, and asked me for my email address. I sent it to him 3 minutes later., and I have never heard from him again. Paypal is taking their sweet time, and the post office will not hold the package forever. If the package goes back, then I lose buyer coverage. So, I am out my money and don't have my shoes. |
