Buyer wins item then says they're too buys to collect. When pressed says ok but it'll take me a while. Then refuses to pay by paypal (despite this providing protection) and after an unpaid bidder case is opened, then leaves negative feedback for the transaction when he has neither paid nor turned up to collect the item.
