Buyer claims item is not as described. Return was authorized and customer was told they would receive a full refund upon receipt of the returned item. Customer proceeds to demand an out of policy prepaid return shipping label. This request was declined. The buyer then proceeded to open a chargeback claim with their bank without having returned the item.
