Details: | Buyer purchased a large group of Magic trading cards. Buyer received them and left positive feedback "items as described". As soon as I left positive feedback, the buyer requested a return claiming 1 card was missing (an expensive one that was clearly shown in the photos). She then claimed it was just a piece of paper. When I told her that it was a genuine card and I had checked them, she then changed her claimed again stating that 40 cards were missing. |

Well the fact her own words were documented saying "items as described". If the advertisement contradicts her claims then its proof of fraud. Use the documented statements from the buyer to prove fraud. First she says one card is missing and mysteriously the one that is missing is the most valuable one? Then she changes her story and says mysteriously 40 vanished. Its a clear case of fraud which can be easily won if the person files any type of dispute.

I tried to fight ebay on this. Ebay sided with the buyer. I have, however, filed a USPS mail fraud report and IC3 internet fraud report. I have also reported her to ebay. She ended up taking 1/3 of the cards. When she tried to sell them, I filed police reports for under stolen merchandise. Some were taken off ebay.

This is ridiculous. That fact is that I did buy the item, and in good faith said items were described. This was BEFORE I noticed that many of the cards including the card (Cavern of Souls) was a PROXY (meaning a fake card that is put in to look like the real one). It was just a piece of paper printed to look like the card I ordered and since they were in sleeves I didn't readily notice. Ebay sided with me because I posted a ton of pictures to prove that a large portion of the cards were proxy paper printouts. This guy is a lying thief. The rest of this comment has no bearing on reality I have sold very few cards ever, and certainly not on ebay and none of them were ever removed. I only remember 1 offhand in the last 12 months and that was in the last 2 months. I trade cards more often. I have a 100% rate on ebay. Kind of hard to get for a scammer. Feel free to look it's Jewells518 on ebay.

HA the buyer can stand there and use that bullshit claim that she has 100% feedback for the obvious reason that sellers can no longer leave buyers negative feedback! A buyers feedback is more shaddy than eBay themselves. The seller would not go through all that contacting the postal authorities and the Federal IC3 for the fact if he is caught falsifying a report, he lands himself in jail. I seriously doubt the seller is lying. There ae more
