Buyer purchased item with best offer accepted at %33.33 discount. Sent item, buyer opened return saying item was missing cable shown in photo. We indeed forgot the cable (worth a couple dollars). We said a return wasn't the right action, that he should have just sent a message. He said it was the right action and that he wanted the cable. We sent the cable (via GSP) then decided he should return it and accepted the return. At which point he said a return isn't what he wanted, and that he will close the case when he gets the cable. I gave up ($100 item not worth wasting time and adding stress) and refunded him. Pitney bowes at GSP sent back cable because the order was canceled before it left their facility. Buyer messages me in a real official way and states everything that has happened in the third person, then says that I cancelled the shipment "unsurprisingly" , and that they now need to buy the cable from another supplier and ask for me to suggest how we proceed.

This guy wants MORE money after getting all his money back.
