Soon after he bought a small fuel filter of just $1.62, he requested the cancellation of the purchase via eBay. Two weeks later he left negative feedback in eBay claiming that he found the same item cheaper somewhere else. We have never exchanged any messages with him. Fortunately, I reported him in eBay and his feedback was removed. Totally a sick guy who should be included in the buyer blocking list of every seller! I don't know if he actually needed a fuel filter, but I'm sure that he definitely needs medical treatment.
