This buyer made 5 purchases from our store with a fraudulent or stolen credit cards in the span of just one week, totaling near $2500 US. He/she made the orders under 3 different names under the pretense that they were all family members, liking our products and services. All orders were made from 5 different IP addresses and all 5 orders were made with 5 different credit cards, which triggered our suspicion, even though they apparently belonged to 3 family members. After our attempt to contact the buyer and ask for an explanation, he/she did not reply. All payments had been reversed by our payment processor and all were apparently made with stolen cards. We were able to intercept 3 out of 4 parcels we had already shipped and we currently working to have the parcels returned to us. 1 order was delivered to him/her.
