Purchased doll and brochure. Received doll and had it for at least 6 days without notifying seller of any problem. Left negative feedback stating,"Large black DOT on her nose I can't get off. Not mentioned in description/photo". Seller has a return policy and will take returns and refund money with no problem. Buyer did not notify prior to leaving feedback as instructed on invoice. Buyer did not answer seller when questioned about negative feedback. Buyer simply left negative feedback and opened a case. Buyer only contacted seller 2 days after leaving the negative feedback because seller left a message warning other sellers about how she purchases items, leaves bad feedback, opens cases, and then she was probably just expecting PayPal to refund the money without returning the item. She was forced to return the item as a counter complaint was made. She only returned half of the item and then another counter complaint was made until she returned the entire item missing the "Large black dot". There was a bluish smear on the item's body from the tissue paper that she was wrapped in however no large dot on the dolls nose. The smear was easily wiped off and the item is re listed on eBay with no chance of a credit towards the new listing fees, which increased thanks to the negative feedback. The money was refunded to her after receiving the missing brochure a week after the doll was returned but I tend to think this buyer is anything but honorable so WATCH OUT! I believe that she had every intention of keeping the vintage doll, the brochure, and getting a refund. After multiple attempts at trying to reach this crazy woman she still doesn't respond. Our perfect feedback score was ruined at 169! However we have 13 new positives after.
