| Details: | Sold buyer a $25 Burger King digital gift card through eBay and emailed buyer gift card number immediately after purchase. Buyer waited two days, and then emailed me requesting refund stating she never received physical plastic gift card. I explained to her that gift card had to be loaded to Burger King app as stated in eBay description. She refused. I checked the balance of the gift card I sold her and it was at $0.63 with a transaction of $24.37 completed in Ocean View, CA (where the buyer lives). I explained I was not going to issue her a refund and she filed a complaint with eBay. They sided with her, forced the refund and she left negative feedback. |

The buyer is lying. I did not use any of the money on the card. I have never even heard of Ocean View, CA. eBay sided with me since the seller is a liar and a thief.

seems like the address is XXX ocean view in Pismo Beach, and the Card was used in a city called Ocean View, CA. Perhaps a bad address or perhaps the post office delivered to the wrong address?
