Buyer runs a consistent scam with many sellers. Will receive an item, then claim that something is wrong with it. He will not return it, if you do not refund him, he will threaten bad feedback until you do. Alternatively, I have seen him run the scam of claiming that the item was not received, but he very obviously did (he told me a port was non-functional.)
I think this address has been reported by many people. It allows people outside of the country to buy items on ebay. Unfortunately, it allows many scammers to make our lives more difficult.
