This one is a beginner thief. ordered US current banknotes and asked for regular mail. i smelled the thief and i shipped tracked on my own dime. she received the letter and signed for receipt. and kept asking when she would received it. i showed her 2 documents that proves receipt so she changed the story and claimed the letter was received damaged.. she then wanted to return the letter. i asked her to show me the contents of the letter and she refused. and later sent an empty letter. opened several other ebay accounts so i just blocked sales to Srilanka (sadly).
