Buyer purchased an expensive fishing reel from our eBay store. The buyer then sent an email stating that there was no reel inside the manufacturer's box just reel oil, extra handles, and user manual. Our shipping software/scale weight confirms that there was in fact a reel shipped.

Buyer then started an eBay return stating that the item was missing parts/pieces. We contacted eBay and stated the buyer is going to be essentially sending back an empty box. We were told to report the buyer and unfortunately this is the cost of doing business.

Felt the need to report it here so no one else falls victim...
