| Details: | Usher Orzel contacted us via ebay regarding our ad and wanted to buy a large order. We agreed on a price and sent him three invoices through Paypal totalling $27,016.00 when he received his merchandise he fraudulently stated he was to receive three times what he received which is a lie. He filed a charge back with his credit card, American Express which he used to pay us via paypal. We have filed complaints with the BBB, IC3.gov, FTC.gov and many others. It has been the biggest headache to deal with Usher Orzel and I ask all to block him for your safety. |

We have received our funds rom American Express and Nicole with Excutive Offices has said they will block further attempts for him to file any more claims against us. Thank you American Express for not supporting fraudulent claims.

On January 6, 2017, Usher Orzel scammed me out of a rare vintage ipod that I sold to him on Ebay for $63.00. Usher Orzel (if that's his real name) has changed his name on eBay so many times. I had to escalated my claims to consumer affairs. I was surprised to see his name on here. He didn't have me ship to the home address listed above. Instead, his Paypal address was 2071 Flatbush Ave. Dept 6, Brooklyn, NY 11234.
He now uses the name Tousher Orzel, avrohom pluczenik, pluczavroh, Fraidy Orzel...geesh! How does Ebay let him do this. I reported this to eBay and they said they can't do anything. I guess they make money off of this fraud too!
