Details: | This customer ordered three thousand dollars worth of items in January 2018. The customer called in and confirmed bill/shipping address and gave us a contact number. We received charge back that credit card was used in fraud and they charged back all the items. We have lost the items and the money. All the items were delivered to the shipping/billing address. |

First off you didnt loose the money and the product unless you were stupid enough to ship to another address other then the confirmed and verfied credit card address. Secondly you knew it was $3 grand worth of merchandise to a total stranger that one day just so happens to call you. For 3 grand worth of stuff, the item should of been shipped restricted delivery so that this person can only be the one to sign for it. $3 grand forth of merchandise is called grand larcency and the person will land up in prision if you press charges. Get a police report, send the asshole to a collection agency, put the debt on his credit report, and go to his home town and sue the shit out of him. The court court costs, attorney and travel exp can be added to the debt owed.
